Registration Information
Full registration fee includes a two day pass to all events as follows:
Friday: Breakfast, meetings, lunch, refreshment breaks and a choice of
2 field tours.
Saturday: Breakfast, panel presentations, stewardship video, lunch,
refreshment breaks and the resolutions session. At the end of each day
make your own plans for dinner with other registrants.
A Day Rate fee includes 2 meals, refreshment breaks and meetings or field
trip for that day.
Register and reserve your room by August 23 for the discounted rates.
You are responsible for booking your own accommodations.
Cancellations received before August 23 will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations received from August 24-September 15 will be subject to a
$50 administrative fee. No refunds for cancellations received after
September 15.

Accommodations:
You are responsible for booking your own
accommodations. The special AGM room rates at
the Resort are $119 for a Queen Bed in the Main
Hotel or $139 in the West Wing for a room with 2
Queen beds or a King bed.
