Registration Information
Full Registration includes a two-day pass to all events as follows:
Friday: Continental Breakfast, meetings or spouses’ tour, lunch, refreshment breaks, speaker
presentations and a BBQ;
Saturday: a Continental Breakfast, resolutions session, lunch and choice of 3 field tours and
the banquet.
A Day Rate includes: 3 meals, refreshment breaks and meetings or field trips on either Friday or Saturday.
Register by August 15 and pay a discounted rate.
Cancellations received before August 16 will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations
received from August 16 – 31 will be subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds for
cancellations received after August 31.
