Registration Information
Full registration includes Thursday reception, Friday Breakfast, meetings, lunch,
refreshment breaks, breakout sessions and outdoor demos and displays, 2 free beer
and dinner; Saturday breakfast, resolutions session, lunch and choice of three field
trips and banquet.
The Day rate includes 3 meals, refreshment breaks and meetings or field trips on
that day.
Cancellations received before August 24, 2009 will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations received after August 24 but before September 15 will be subject to
a $50 administrative fee. No refunds for cancellations received after September 15.
Payment Criteria: You may register on-line but please note that we do not have
any credit card payment options.
